Register My Child

*Please note that we are a spot-based program with limited availability. Enrollment is based on a first come, first served basis and is NOT complete until first payment is received and Child Abuse Form and Yearly Contract is filled out in person at site.

All payments made by credit card require a 4% processing fee.

** ATTN NEWCASTLE PARENTS: ALL Registration Forms Must Be Filled Out In Person. (Tiene que registrar en persona).

For your child to be officially enrolled in Soaring Eagles, you must complete the following items:

  1.   Enrollment Packet or a Returning Packet
  2.   Pay a $60 non-refundable registration fee
  3.   Pay the 1st week of enrollment

Spring Field Trip TBA:

A Trip Slip must be completed for a child to attend the desired field trip. Please note each Trip Slip can only apply to one child.

Spring Camp Contract April 3rd – April 7th:

If your child/children is a returning camper/student, you only need to complete the Spring Contract.

New Student Spring Camp Enrollment Packet April 3rd – April 7th:

If this is your child’s/children’s first time attending as a Soaring Eagles Camper, please complete the Spring Enrollment Packet.

School Year Enrollment Packet

Please fill out an Enrollment Packet or a Returning Packet. You can sign these forms online through your computer or mobile device using Adobe Sign. You do not need to create an Adobe Sign account or print them out. However, you will need to confirm submission through the email sent to you afterward.


Payment must be made to complete the enrollment of your child. Payment can be made with cash, check or credit. Cash and check payments must be given to the program site director. If you wish to pay with credit card please fill out the credit form, the link is below. All payments made by credit card require a 4% processing fee.
